Tournament Results

We will run 4 tournaments for both Standing and wheelchair classifications, the first being in April 2021, details below. Players will earn ranking points and the top 16 in the overall rankings in each classification will qualify for a place in the World ParaDarts Online Classic 2021, subject to the players having played in at least 2 of the 4 tournaments.

Open to any player of any country subject to being eligible under the World ParaDarts eligibility criteria.

There will be 2 tournaments one for wheelchair players and one for standing players, a straight 501 knock out.

World ParaDarts Announces 4 online ranking tournaments for a place in:

The World ParaDarts Online Masters in 2021

We will run 4 tournaments for both Standing and wheelchair classifications, the first being in October 2020, details below. “Grand Slam Highway”

For entry into

World ParaDarts Grand Slam Finale

Three World ParaDarts Grand Slam tournaments have been arranged:

1. Bruges Belfry Darts, September 25th to the 27th September 2020- hosted by G Darts Belgium

2. BDDA Winmau Open, at the Circus Tavern, November 6th to the 8th November 2020- hosted by the BDDA

3. The Dutch Open, 6th February 2021- hosted by the NDB

Each of these 3 tournaments will be “opens” in that any darts player who meets the World ParaDarts eligibility criteria, which follows the International Paralympic Committee Classification system, can enter.

Each tournament will be divided into 2 separate classifications being a standing and a wheelchair classification, with separate ranking systems for both classifications.

These 3 Open Grand Slams will lead to a World ParaDarts Grand Slam Finale in the Hague in May 2021

To qualify for the Grand Slam Finale:

1. The winner and runner up in the 3 Grand Slams in both classifications will gain entry

2. The Top 10 players from the 2-ranking tables from the 3 Grand Slams (excluding the winners and runners up mentioned in number 1 above), will gain entry

3. Invitational entrants

The World ParaDarts acknowledges that the Gram Slam Tournaments are all based in Europe and will actively look at other continents proposals to run similar Grand Slam events leading to a place at the World ParaDarts event in the Hague upon request
